Breakfast offered a nice surprise. There was so much choice on offer. The pool was great. It was kept clean all day. The staff was caring and attentive. I found this good.
The location was perfect though the reception team tried their best. I cannot recommend this hotel. I was looking for comfort and luxury. This hotel doesn't feel like 5 stars at all. I was disappointed.

I appreciated the hotel's advantageous location. It provided easy access to many key areas. The premium room DUBAI canal view included access to the hotel's private beach.
The room service menu felt a bit limited though everything I ordered was good.

The breakfast was very good. it was convenient to stay here with my car, staff took care of it upon arrival. they parked my car for me. pickup was the same. After giving the voucher, they brought my car in minutes!!!
